Welcome!

I have always had a love of the outdoors. Some of my earliest memories are from my family's camping trips in the local canyons around Salt Lake City. I owe most, if not all of my appreciation for the natural world to my parent's. They taught us 3 kids at a young age to experience and enjoy the natural world that surrounds us.  To this very day I enjoy spending time with my family in an outdoor setting.

I decided to create this blog to capture and record my adventures in the wonderful, wacky, and colorful lands of Utah.
